Review: 'A Doll's House'

"Lighting designer Kate Bashore does a seamless job.  The design challenge for this play is a delicate balancing act.  The plot shifts from Christmas Eve to Christmas Day and back into the evening, and the lighting is never garish and always pleasing.  On a set as dark and moblie as this, avoiding excessive shadow is difficult.  Bashore's design allows the actors to move freely with no fear of ending in the dark."
